Oil Level Indicators
Our Oil Level Indicators are essential devices designed to monitor the oil level in transformer conservators and ensure the safety and reliability of transformer operations. By providing accurate oil level readings and raising alerts when levels exceed set limits, these instruments help prevent potential transformer failures.
Featuring a fully sealed design, the indicating pointer mechanism and sensing element are completely isolated, with a magnetic interface transmitting the oil level to the dial for clear and reliable indication. The float in the sensing portion is made of durable neoprene material, resistant to transformer oil and capable of operating at high temperatures without degradation.
These self-powered instruments require no external power source or periodic calibration, offering maintenance-free convenience. A wide range of models is available, with options for stainless steel or aluminium die-cast enclosures, various dial sizes, and dial inclinations to suit diverse environmental and application needs.
For added functionality, our Oil Level Indicators come with up to two potential-free micro switches for alarm and trip functions. Advanced models are equipped with embedded electronic potentiometers that provide a 4-20mA output for seamless integration with data acquisition systems. Additionally, remote indicators are available to display oil levels as a percentage in control rooms for enhanced operational efficiency.
Suitable for Aircel-type applications as well as radial applications, our Oil Level Indicators combine durability, precision, and advanced features to deliver reliable performance in any transformer setup.
