Oil Treatment & Oil Regeneration Systems

Transformer oil carries more of the load than most people realize — it insulates, cools, and protects some of the most critical assets in the power grid. When that oil degrades, so does everything that depends on it. Our oil treatment and regeneration systems exist to reverse that process, restoring oil to like-new condition and giving transformers the years of reliable service they were built for. Regeneration also removes all forms of corrosive sulfur, including DBDS and elemental sulfur S8, eliminating the causes of copper corrosion and further damage to the insulation system.

We design and manufacture equipment that removes moisture, dissolved gases, and contamination from oil while it's still in service — no outage required, no asset taken offline. We also build transformer oil filling systems — vacuum filling equipment for new and serviced transformers that prevents moisture and air ingress during the filling process. The work happens on-site, on live equipment, using systems engineered end-to-end under one roof. Every unit we build reflects three decades of hands-on experience across utilities, OEMs, and service operators around the world.
