Cunext Group will present its extensive portfolio of copper and aluminium rod, wires and stranded products at the Expo.

The Group specialises in the transformation of high-quality copper and aluminium, focusing on continuous innovation and the development of products that bring added value to the market. Cunext Group serves a wide range of sectors related to energy, data and signal transmission, as well as electric motors. With production facilities located in Córdoba and Vitoria (Spain), and Brescia (Italy), Cunext Group employs over 450 people and is recognised as a leading supplier of rod, wires and stranded products.

The Vitoria plant is a major production centre for medium-, high- and very high-voltage bare conductors used in overhead lines, and is also a pioneer in the design and manufacture of OPGW cables. Originally founded in 1959, the site joined Cunext Group in 2015, continuing its industrial legacy under previous names including Echevarría Hermanos, Cablerías del Norte (Cablenor), ECN Cable Group and ECN–General Cable.
