GenCon Management Advisory and Consulting BV, incorporating Genesiss Consulting, is a bespoke Belgium-based, management and advisory company. It delivers a tailor made consulting and advisory service to a select group of international consulting clients, across different sectors within the energy industry.
Genesiss Consulting has two business verticals, which combine to ensure a sharp, precise and cost-effective focus on both managerial and technical consulting topics. These verticals have been designed – and are led in such a manner – to guarantee the delivery of required intelligence to facilitate correct and at times complex managerial decisions.
The select customer list includes some of the leading companies in transformer manufacturing, transformer component manufacturing, oil and gas, research, transformer industry media and private equity.
The management consulting vertical is led by Chris Gerber. As senior management partner, Gerber is at the forefront, leading a small but carefully selected team of astute, bright industry consultants supported by reputable specialist associates. He contributes more than three decades of leadership, insight and experience within the transformer industry, having worked either for, or with some of the most significant power utilities, transformer OEM and transformer component manufacturers in Africa, Middle East, Asia and Europe. Gerber is also a member of Cigrè and serves on various industry related Advisory Boards.
