Izoelektro is a European manufacturer with long-standing experience in the development and production of surge arresters and composite insulators for low-voltage and medium-voltage applications.

We will be presenting our RAM-1 smart monitoring device and the iRAM module, both developed to bring intelligence and advanced monitoring functions to surge arresters.

RAM-1 is an IoT-based device for continuous condition monitoring of all surge arresters above 1 kV. It enables measurement of resistive leakage current, surge event counting, voltage presence indication, tilt monitoring, and temperature-related warnings. By providing real-time data and alarms, RAM-1 supports predictive maintenance and helps reduce the risk of unexpected failures. The system is designed for installation on both existing and new gapless surge arresters.

In addition, we will present iRAM, a compact intelligent module that surge arrester manufacturers can integrate directly into their own arrester designs to make them smart. iRAM offers functions similar to RAM-1, allowing manufacturers to add monitoring, diagnostics, and communication capabilities to conventional products without developing a complete system from scratch.

We will also present our standard medium-voltage and low-voltage product range, including surge arresters and various insulators.
