Innovative monitoring technologies for transmission & distribution grids

SEI will be covering how innovative monitoring technologies help to increase the capacity of existing transmission grids. For Overhead Transmission Line challenges in the implementation and deployment of dynamic line rating systems will be discussed. For underground cable, distributed sensing as technology for the optimal use of the available transmission capacity will be discussed.
