Andy is a senior engineering manager and experienced high-voltage electrical engineer with extensive expertise in operations, maintenance, and project management across the NHS and power industries. After serving in the Royal Air Force, he joined Procter & Gamble, progressing to Electrical Safety Officer for major Essex facilities. He later became a Senior Authorised Person and Authorising Engineer, contributing to Crossrail’s tunnel power systems and EDF Energy’s smart metering rollout. Andy has helped shape IET and BSI standards, and continues to promote electrical safety. He is also experienced in surveillance, expert witness work, and forensic analysis across public and private sectors.
