You’ll find a setup that focuses on enhancing the visitor experience. Relaxation Lounges will be open to all visitors for planning, emails and work. Exhibitors can also use these lounges for meetings with clients. We blend hospitality with the business of running trade shows. Visitors will enjoy added comforts and high-quality food. We will also host an end-of-Day 2 Networking Party for all Exhibitors and Speakers at a venue by the Rhine, Cologne City Centre, to maximise your networking opportunities at the show.

Koln (Cologne) is served by three international airports. Cologne-Bonn has daily flights from many European destinations and some from further afield. Travel time from the airport to our venue, Koln Messe, is 15-20 minutes. The venue is just a few minutes from the city centre. 

Dusseldorf Airport is 30 minutes by train and 50 minutes by car. Frankfurt Airport is 55 minutes by train and 2 hours by car. With that combination of three airports, air travel is readily available from almost every major city in the world.  

Koln Messe is 5 minutes from Koln city centre where there is an abundance of hotels that will fit into all budgets and categories. And as expected of a major international city in Germany, restaurants range from Michelin star rated to low cost, again serving every possible requirement. 

Our exhibitions are designed to offer a combination of superb meetings with exhibitors combined with relaxation and dining areas to enable visitors to keep in touch with their offices and to sit down with business colleagues in order to network and get the best from their day or days at the Expo. There will be a wide ranging choice of foods and styles of eating so there is never a need to leave the venue is search of food options. Entrance to all qualifying people is free of charge.
